Job Description We are seeking three experienced Project Managers (PMs) to lead initiatives across Front Office (FO), Middle Office (MO), and Back Office (BO) domains. Each PM will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, ensuring team alignment, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage respective domain projects (FO, MO, BO). Attend and actively participate in all Scrum events. Ensure proper planning and estimation for deliverables. Support teams in overcoming challenges and achieving goals. Prepare and maintain key performance metrics: Velocity Trend Committed vs Delivered Defect Leakage / Escaped Defects Successful Deployment Frequency Code Coverage Automation Coverage Tech Debt Tracking Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members and document outcomes (format will be provided). Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Front Office (FO): Must have experience in MS Dynamics. Expertise in CRM or CPQ is mandatory. Middle Office (MO): Must have experience in Order Management Systems (OMS). Technical expertise in IBM Sterling is required. Back Office (BO): Strong experience in AR/AP/GL processes. Technical expertise in Oracle is mandatory. Prior experience in Supply Chain Management or related domains. Strong leadership and stakeholder management. Agile/Scrum methodology expertise. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to analyze and track metrics for continuous improvement.
