The Work Itself Interning within Technology means being part of a team that is dedicated to enabling growth, remaining diligent about security, embracing solutions for all lines of business and leveraging data as an asset. Throughout the duration of the 11-week program, you'll have the ability to hone your skills in cross function communication, process optimization, and technical leadership to name a few.Typically, interns are matched with a specific team and manager in mid-spring. Doing so offers the ability to assign program participants to real-time, business critical needs. You would be on one of the Product Owner teams or the Animation team in DPX. DPX: Digital Products & Experience Combines technology innovation and design innovation to revolutionize how customers interact with financial institutions to achieve their wellbeing. This organization leverages advanced analytics, efficient exploratory testing, and rapid testing environments to support data-driven decisions on opportunities for personalization and user experience. Some examples of previous works/projects throughout multiple teams within DPX include but not limited to: As a Product Owner, you will take part in leading productivity and efficiency optimization through the full lifecycle of a product Sample project: creating tools to offer a high-level view of maintenance needs using technical roadmaps As a Digital Animator, you will work with our design team to concept, storyboard, and animate motion experiences that align with our brand's vision and tone. You will design and develop motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions for various digital channels and formats The Skills You Bring PRODUCT OWNER: Required qualifications.Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program or actively pursuing a Master's program.Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrates learning agility, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and technical acumen.Available for the full duration of the internship program.Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future. Preferred qualifications.Previous tech internship experience or relevant tech project work is preferred.Extracurricular activities/leadership experience is preferred (student organizations, volunteering, sports, part-time roles, hackathons, etc.).DIGITAL ANIMATION: Responsibillities. Collaborate with our design team to concept, storyboard, and animate motion experiences that align with our brand's vision and tone Design and develop motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions for various digital channels and formats Work closely with our Creative Services team to ensure that all motion experiences are on-brand and on-message Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to help shape the direction of our motion design work Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in animation and motion design Adhere to Allyu2019s animation and motion design guidelines and general UX best practices Required qualifications. Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Animation, Motion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (expected to graduate in 2027 or 2028) Previous work/project portfolio required Experience with design software - After Effects, Adobe Illustration, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma. Adobe Premier Pro is a plus.
