Description The technical writer creates content for engineering, QA, UI design, customer support, and external developers. We primarily develop content in the following areas:Task-oriented user documentationSystems architecturesAPI documentationUX writing Minimum Qualifications + Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and peers on the documentation team. + Quickly understand and document complex software and related tools. + Demonstrate an ability to create well-written, structured, detailed specifications that incorporate feedback. + Plan and manage documentation projects with shifting requirements and goals. + More than three years of technical writing experience documenting complex applications, and a degree in Technical Communication.
