HSEQ Coordinator

This role requires extensive travel throught the United States.In this hands-on position, you will work directly with the Business Unit Safety Manager with the following:Assisting with directing safety and environmental hazard activities for the regionAssisting Branch Manager with ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local safety and environmental regulationsConducting routine safety inspections as directed by the Business Unit Safety ManagerReporting inspection results to the Business Unit Safety ManagerAssisting with acquiring resources for corrective action when neededConducting and following up with safety inspections to ensure closure of items identified as unsafe, defective or non-compliantFacilitating training for employees on a variety of safety and environmental topics as neededAssisting in the development, implementation, and enforcement of Company Safety Policies and Procedures#LI-DJ1#Keller1Degree or certification from Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) is preferred5+ year’s hands on experience in Safety preferredPhosphate industry experience preferred, but not requiredBilingual in English and Spanish a plusBasic computer skills required (word, excel, power point, etc.)Regional travel requiredSalary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by lawBenefits:401(k) + matchingHealth, Dental, Vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off (PTO)Holiday PayKeller is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
