This regional position will coverStatement of Purpose Drive and influence Industrial sales performance across the assigned areaExecute the Industrial strategy in alignment with Area VP directionOwn growth, execution, and support of Tradesmen’s Industrial accountsMaintain ownership of a small book of key Industrial customers, with accountability for bringing inactive or underutilized customers back to the table and driving renewed spend; approximately 30% of the role is dedicated to hands-on sales activity to move business forwardDuties/ Responsibilities Strategic Leadership (50%)Implement AVP Industrial strategy across the area.Direct AEs, ensuring they’re aligned and pointed toward the correct targets, customers, prospectsCoordinate customer prioritization among AEsEnsure all AEs clearly understand and articulate the Industrial value propositionServe as the voice of the Industrial customer within the area by maintaining direct relationships and a deep understanding of customer operations, workforce needs, and expectationsTranslate customer insights, market trends, and macroeconomic factors into actionable strategies that improve service delivery and drive growthAlign area execution with Industrial division goals/expectations.Identify growth opportunities, expansion markets, and underpenetrated accountsMaintain consistent communication with AVPs on progress, risks, needs, and outcomesOrder Support & ExecutionSupport field teams with Industrial order entry, job structuring, and industry-specific requirementsOwn Industrial craftworker strategy, including required skills, certifications, and qualificationsPartner with AVPs and AOMs to align recruiting efforts with Industrial job requirementsResolve issues related to job setup, pricing, onboarding, craftworker strategy, and customer expectationTraining & DevelopmentTrain AEs, Recruiters, and GMs on Industrial vertical best practicesConduct ride-alongs and on-site client visits with field teamsCoach teams on sourcing strategies, sales approaches, and Industrial-specific knowledgeBuild Industrial competency and confidence across all offices within the areaSales Focused (50%)Own a small book of key Industrial customers with direct responsibility for bringing inactive or underutilized customers back to the table, re-establishing engagement, and driving renewed spend.
