This role works closely with Quality and Operations teams to identify issues, support continuous improvement, and maintain Magnera’s commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform all tasks in a safe manner and comply with all safety policies and proceduresUnderstand and fully utilize all test proceduresOperate diagnostic and laboratory equipment required to perform testingPerform in-process and finished product testing as required by specifications or assigned by managementCoordinate with the QA Lead, Shift Supervisor, Line Leader, Production Technician, Process Engineer, and other Operations team members to resolve issues or discrepanciesActively participate in safety, product, and compliance auditsAccurately enter data into Quality Windows, analyze results, and report trends indicating potential process issuesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives for QA and Operations teamsCommunicate effectively with internal customers and coworkers to solve problems and improve team performanceTrain others as neededWork overtime as requiredPerform other duties as assignedHigh School Diploma or equivalent (required)Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experienceAbility and willingness to rotate shifts as needed to cover vacations, sick leave, or business needsStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately document and analyze dataEffective communication and teamwork skillsWork Environment & ScheduleThis is a 12-hour night shift positionIncludes every other weekend and possible holidaysMagnera - Benson operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year based on business needs
