This role supports the overall guest experience by delivering timely service while maintaining strict compliance with alcohol service regulations and tournament standards.This is a seasonal role from January 5, 2026 and will end on May 5, 2026.This role will pay an hourly rate of $22.50This position will remain open until April 10, 2026.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and event guidelinesVerify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and local lawsOperate POS systems accurately, process cash and credit transactions, and maintain proper cash handling proceduresSet up, maintain, and break down bar stations throughout the tournamentKeep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked during event hoursMonitor guest consumption and address any service issues professionallyFollow all health, safety, and sanitation policies, including outdoor and heat-related safety protocolsProvide courteous, efficient service while managing high guest volumeWork collaboratively with concessions, culinary, and event operations teamsAdhere to tournament rules, dress code standards, and customer service expectationsMust meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcoholPrior bartending, concessions, or special event experience preferredKnowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, including prolonged standing and walkingStrong customer service and communication skillsFlexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and multi-day eventsValid alcohol service certification (e.g., TABC, ServSafe Alcohol) or willingness to obtainAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
