Offering an unmatched, 360-degree solution set for a collection of world-class owned venues and a client roster that includes the most influential, highest attended arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions on the planet.Under the direction of the Operations Manager the part-time Conversion Crewis responsible the event setups and changeover of the Center on an event-to-event basis to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as-well-as tenant contractual specifications and requirements.We have daytime shifts, nights and weekends.This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.00-$19.00.Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingEVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadlineFUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to):Responsible for the physical setup of all areas around the Arena including chairs, tables, staging, furnishings and equipment for sporting and live eventsActively care for all arena equipment and property by storing, cleaning, and maintaining changeover equipmentRespond and resolve set-up issues promptly as directed by fellow staff and managementMust be 18 years or older at the time of application.Exhibit willingness to work a flexible schedule consisting of nights and weekends.Work effectively in a heavily team-based environment.Be reliable, honest, dependable, and punctual.Possess knowledge of basic hand tools and their usesGood physical condition and health, sufficient strength and stamina needed for heavy, awkward, and repeated lifting of up to 50 pounds, capable of occasionally performing heavy manual labor.At OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
