Job Description Weu2019re seeking a proven Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations. Youu2019ll own the full sales cycleu2014from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closeu2014targeting large accounts with national or multi-region operations. Pipeline Generation and Sales Strategy u2022u2003Proactively identify, research, and prospect new enterprise clients (e.g., Fortune 1000 importers, exporters, 3PLs, logistics, and distribution service providers). u2022u2003Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans targeting key decision-makers across operations, logistics, and IT. u2022u2003Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to drive pipeline through targeted campaigns, events, and ABM initiatives. Sales Cycle Management and Deal Closure u2022u2003Manage the entire enterprise sales cycleu2014from qualification to contract signatureu2014typically for multi-million-dollar ARR deals. u2022u2003Conduct consultative discovery sessions to deeply understand each clientu2019s logistics and delivery challenges (warehousing, route optimization, customer communication). u2022u2003Lead executive-level product demonstrations and solution presentations, partnering with Solutions Engineering and Product teams as needed. Solution Development and Negotiation u2022u2003Design tailored SaaS solutions that leverage the client's platform to optimize delivery performance, reduce cost, and improve ROI. u2022u2003Negotiate complex commercial terms and SLAs with C-suite and procurement leaders. u2022u2003Manage RFP/RFI responses, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and competitive positioning. Relationship Management and Collaboration u2022u2003Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with executives and operational leaders within client organizations. u2022u2003Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term adoption. u2022u2003Represent client at key industry conferences, tradeshows, and strategic networking events. Forecasting and Administration u2022u2003Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and forecasts in Salesforce. u2022u2003Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. u2022u2003Provide consistent reporting on pipeline health, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
