Overview SSM Health Rehabilitation-Acute Care _SSM Health St. Joseph's Health Center - St. Charles, MO_ PRN / Physical Therapist + Tier I - $47 (plus weekend differential) - 1 shift per month (one must be weekend shift) - 1 holiday/weekend prior or after (managers discretion) + Tier II - $52 (plus weekend differential) - 3 shifts per month (at least 2 must be weekend shifts) - One summer and one winter holiday/weekend prior or after (managers discretion) _SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles continues to meet the evolving health care needs of our patients and community. Located conveniently in historic, downtown St. Charles, our 333-bed acute care hospital is a Joint Commission-certified Primary Stroke Center, a Level II Time Critical Diagnosis STEMI Center and specializes in many other specialties._ _This is an excellent opportunity to be considered for Full Time Physical Therapy positions when they come available throughout the year._ Responsibilities + Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patientu2019s need and physician direction. + Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services for those assigned patients. + Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities. + Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and self. + Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline specific therapy services and design of program delivery. Qualifications + Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. + Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
