Description We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Adoption & Enablement Specialist to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in driving the successful adoption of Microsoft 365 features and updates across the organization. By bridging the gap between evolving technologies and business needs, you will help ensure new capabilities are implemented securely, compliantly, and with measurable value. Responsibilities: u2022 Monitor the Microsoft 365 roadmap, message center updates, and release notes to stay informed about upcoming features. u2022 Collaborate with product owners to analyze new and updated Microsoft 365 functionalities and assess their potential impact. u2022 Evaluate business value, risks, compliance requirements, and technical readiness for new capabilities in partnership with relevant stakeholders. u2022 Develop strategies and plans to roll out approved Microsoft 365 features, ensuring seamless implementation across teams. u2022 Create user-friendly documentation, FAQs, and best practices to support adoption efforts. u2022 Collect feedback from users and stakeholders while tracking adoption metrics to measure success. u2022 Identify opportunities to enhance productivity by optimizing the use of Microsoft 365 tools. u2022 Simplify technical concepts to make them accessible for non-technical audiences. u2022 Utilize strong collaboration and presentation skills to effectively communicate changes and updates. u2022 Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools and technologies. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment. u2022 Solid understanding of core Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and OneDrive. u2022 Proven ability to analyze technical changes and assess their impact on business operations. u2022 Experience with change management and driving user adoption initiatives. u2022 Familiarity with regulated industries or financial services environments. u2022 Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and project management. u2022 Strong communication and documentation skills to support implementation efforts. u2022 Desire to continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and practices.
