Help Desk Analyst II

Description Robert Half Technology is searching for a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist for a client headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance, 40 hours per week and is 100% remote. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond to incoming service requests in a timely manner, gather pertinent information and document in the Help Desk System u2022 Classify, and prioritize all service requests according to department standards and guidelines u2022 Troubleshoot issues related to personal computer hardware, software, and operating systems; printers; email; network/internet access; mobile devices, and any other requests within the scope of their expertise. u2022 Document all activity in a timely manner using the internal Help Desk System according to departmental standards and guidelines. u2022 Reassign and/or escalate service requests in a timely manner to the appropriate resource and level when necessary u2022 Work with Support Engineers and other internal service providers to guarantee smooth handoffs u2022 Mentor Help Desk Technician I staff to improve their technical proficiency and customer service level u2022 Assist DS Support Manager with internal projects that improve the overall effectiveness of the Help Desk Team u2022 Monitor Help Desk Team workloads and backlogs to facilitate higher service level and achieve team goals Requirements 1. Experience Troubleshooting computers- Windows 10, Windows 11, BitLocker, dell computers, dell remote setups (docks, keyboards, monitors, headsets, pucks) Office365/M365, MS Teams, CyberArk, PCs where people are not administrators, VPN, working in ticketing queues. 2.
