We are looking for a Process Lead to join us on our journey to make it drastically easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products, and professionals they need to get and stay healthy At Amazon Pharmacy, the Process Lead (PL) role will lead an assigned team through the daily activities in the Amazon Pharmacy Fulfillment Center (FC) to ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of projects. The PL is responsible for working with the Area Manager to maintain shift productivity, quality, and safety, in addition to providing support to the Pharmacy Technicians. The Process Lead will serve as a direct link between the Area Manager and the Pharmacy Associates. #everydaybetter Key job responsibilities u2022 Supports Area Manager to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and lead Pharmacy Technicians to complete tasks. u2022 Drives customer excellence by reviewing shipment priority in each process path and prioritizes work at each station to ensure FIFO u2022 Allocates labor needs in each process to drive down queues and backlog of work u2022 Escalates any equipment downtime u2022 Collaborates with Area Managers to identify ways to improve department effectiveness implement viable ideas. u2022 Acts as an associate resource, train associates, and verify compliance of Pharmacy Operating Procedures (POP) u2022 Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for the FC processes and as a single point of contact for Pharmacy Technicians in process path u2022 Ensures that the necessary equipment is available and in working order to complete assignments u2022 Escalates any equipment downtime or process defects u2022 Facilitates training as needed and escalate cross-training needs u2022 Identifies areas of improvement and drive continuous improvement projects for their area u2022 Conducts daily audit to ensure area readiness, compliance, and standard work is followed u2022 Ensures compliance with policies and escalate any breaches u2022 Performs other related duties as assigned Basic Qualifications- Active and unrestricted in-State Board of Pharmacy License. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,424/year in our lowest geographic market up to $67,184/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
