Job DescriptionJob Title: Business Analyst IIILocation: Seattle, WAZip Code: 98108Start Date: Right AwayPay Rate: $58.1/hr.Contract: 3 months #SeattleJobs; #BusinessAnalystJobs;Job Description:Design, develop, and maintain KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and optimizationBuild automated and scalable reporting solutions by developing efficient data pipelines and dashboards to support recurring and ad-hoc analytical needsWork independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements, identify/validate data sources, and build reporting solutionsUnderstand current and future business needs by working closely with stakeholders to recognize upcoming needs and requirementsRecognize and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and research (data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation)Directly perform ad-hoc analysis to determine the root cause issues of ambiguous systemic challenges at the request of senior leadershipWork as the internal analytics consultant for the Director of Marketing, Program, Manufacturing, and Supply ChainBasic Qualifications:5+ years of experience working as an analyst and/or a related role3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experienceExperience with ETL to build data pipelines to support automated reportingExperience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insightsExperience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative fieldExperience in operations, supply chain, marketing or logisticsBelcan is an equal opportunity employer.
