Treasury Specialist

Description We are looking for a dedicated Treasury Specialist to join our client in Columbus, Ohio. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on treasury operations and transaction management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and bring a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail to their daily responsibilities. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage daily transactional activities, including book transfers, wire transfers, and organizational transactions. u2022 Conduct thorough research to resolve issues and ensure accuracy in treasury operations. u2022 Assist with annual processes related to opening and closing bank accounts. u2022 Monitor and respond to inquiries in the treasury mailbox to ensure timely communication. u2022 Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the treasury management system, Kyriba. u2022 Collaborate across multiple banking systems to ensure seamless execution of treasury tasks. u2022 Uphold strict confidentiality standards while managing sensitive financial information. u2022 Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and other regulatory requirements. u2022 Maintain organization and efficiency in all treasury-related activities. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in treasury operations or a related financial role. u2022 Proficiency in using treasury management systems, particularly Kyriba. u2022 Familiarity with wire transfers, book transfers, and general banking processes. u2022 Strong research and problem-solving skills to address transactional issues. u2022 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. u2022 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. u2022 Understanding of KYC processes and business banking procedures. u2022 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
