Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service for our guests.The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional golf experience through friendly, professional, and efficient service in all areas of outside golf operations. This includes-but is not limited to-managing golf carts, maintaining the driving range, starting and monitoring pace of play, and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of all guest service areas. This is for a Spring/Summer start date.Primary Responsibilities:Golf Cart OperationsPrepare, stage, and clean golf carts for member and guest useInspect carts for safety and operational concernsCharge carts nightly and rotate fleet appropriatelyDriving Range & Practice AreasSet up and maintain range balls, bag stands, and alignment toolsMonitor cleanliness, safety, and presentation of range tee and short game areaCollect range balls using range picker and ensure ball washer operationStarting & RangeringGreet golfers at the first tee with course info, rules, and pace-of-play expectationsMonitor and manage pace of play on the courseServe as a visible presence to assist and communicate with golfers throughout the roundFacility Cleanliness & AppearanceEmpty trash cans and clean up debris from carts, staging areas, and course rest stopsMaintain neat and organized cart staging and bag drop areasSupport the cleanliness of bag room and service areasOther Duties as AssignedAssist with tournament setup and breakdownSupport fellow staff and golf professionals to ensure smooth operationsQualifications:Drivers license requiredPositive and professional demeanor with strong communication skillsWillingness to work outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and operate golf carts safelyWeekend and holiday availability may be requiredPay Rate: $15 plus tips
