Tax Director

Description We are looking for an experienced Tax Director to join our team in Redmond, Washington. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong background in tax compliance, advisory services, and leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing tax engagements, and leading a high-performing team. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide expert consulting services in areas such as cash flow management, financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. u2022 Manage comprehensive tax compliance and advisory projects for both individual and business clients. u2022 Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. u2022 Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled team members to ensure exceptional service delivery. u2022 Review accounting, bookkeeping, and outsourced finance engagements to maintain accuracy and compliance. u2022 Identify and implement improvements to processes and expand advisory service offerings. u2022 Offer guidance to clients on entity structuring, growth strategies, transactions, and business planning. u2022 Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. u2022 Contribute to business development efforts and participate in firm leadership initiatives. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000.
