It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity:Taylor Print and Service Solutions, a Taylor company, is looking for a new Customer Service Rep to join the team in office in Dayton, OH In this position, you would be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers on behalf of the company by ensuring that all customer requirements and needs are completely metYour Responsibilities:Manage all written and verbal communication with customers on behalf of the companyResolve all customer needs including orders, requests, and follow-up activity across multiple systems and functions courteously, efficiently, quickly and accuratelyOwn escalations and concerns on behalf of the customer immediately thorough root cause analysis and permanent resolutionEngage appropriate resources to assist or resolve service issues as necessaryUnderstand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policiesReview a variety of work product including, but not limited to internal and external communication, quotes, designs, proofs, reports, etc. for accuracy and improvement opportunitiesYour Shift: 1st Shift; Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmYou Must Have:High school diploma or equivalent in work-related experience3+ years of customer service industry experienceStrong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel and OutlookAbility to communicate effectively through verbal and written communicationWe Would Also Prefer:Print, marketing or promotional product knowledgeTaylor is proud to now offer
