In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that requirements are effectively translated into actionable plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to the optimization of business processes. Responsibilities: u00b7 Administration and strategic development of the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring alignment with business goals. Knowledgeable in javascript, suitescript, html, ccs, workflows, saved searches, freemarker are pluses. u00b7 Act as a senior advisor to Retail, Finance, and Operations teams, translating complex business needs into effective system solutions. u00b7 Support and enhance retail IT systems, including POS, ERP, productivity suite and system integrations. u00b7 Drive process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and system optimization. u00b7 Manage cross-functional projects involving system enhancements, third-party integrations, and data migrations. u00b7 Collaborate with vendors to ensure the latest technologies are reviewed for business compatibility.
