W2 Rate $40-$45/hr W2_ Responsibilities: Responsibilities: u2022 Develop a deep understanding of our client and what it takes to run the engine for affiliate marketing, including: capabilities, technology, programs, training, key legal/compliance concerns, etc. u2022 Partner with key business intent owners and other build teams to help define clear business intent, identify risks for intent execution and build key components to bring new products to market; Stay abreast of product terms, changes and launches across card acquisitions u2022 Perform key quality assurance checks on internal set-up processes for accuracy prior to delivering marketing content to third party partners; Understand and apply knowledge of UDAP and Reg Z to review third party affiliate sites for accuracy and compliance with Capital One guidelines. u2022 Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization; ensure appropriate management and awareness of key well managed efforts u2022 Manage and develop relationships with our third-party supplier(s), affiliate partners and internal stakeholders to enhance partnerships and drive efficiencies and bottom-line impacts u2022 Create, maintain and store formal process documents and artifacts required for audit purposes and drive continuous process improvements u2022 Easily adaptable in a fast-paced environment; Able to navigate between BAU solicitation work and perform in-market issue resolution u2022 Recognize potential risks that could be detrimental to growth plan or the overall relationship u2022 Track and resolve complex problems; escalate breakdowns and issues by asking the right questions and identify/involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns u2022 Continually look for ways to streamline and improve overall process with a goal towards eliminating manual processes, and deliver well-managed and scalable solutions u2022 Collect, analyze and measure performance and process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review u2022 Support team members as a back-up to single threaded roles Experience Requirements: Preferred Qualifications: u2022 Process certifications (LEAN, Six Sigma, Business Process Management) or project management certifications (CAPM, PMP) u2022 3+ years of project, process, or risk management experience u2022 3+ years of operations experience u2022 3+ years of vendor or relationship management experience u2022 2+ years of customer focus and ability to collaborate across teams to deliver u2022 2+ years of risk management or compliance experience u2022 2+ years of Google Suite experience Education Requirements: Bacheloru2019s degree or military experience required _Recruitment Transparency Notice_ _Eliassen Group values transparency in our recruitment practices.
