Floral Production Associate (Line Worker) Position Summary TheFloral Production Associate performs sorting, assembling, and packagingof flower bouquets on a production line in a refrigerated warehouse.This position follows established production, quality, and safetyprocedures and works under the direction of a production line leader.Essential Functions The following duties are essential functions ofthis position and must be performed with or without reasonableaccommodation:1. Follow written and verbal production instructions from the line leader.2. Sort, assemble, and place bouquets on the conveyor belt according to production specifications.3. Position bouquets accurately to ensure proper processing and packaging.4. Inspect flowers and bouquets for quality immediately report defects to the line leader.5. Maintain consistent speed and accuracy while meeting production goals.6. Perform packing tasks, including box assembly, packing bouquets, and sealing boxes.7. Operate conveyor belts safely and report equipment issues to the line leader, supervisor, or production manager.8. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area during the shift and at the end of the day.9. Follow all company safety rules and procedures and attend required safety and production training.10. Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.Non-Essential (Marginal) Functions1. Participate in cross-training or additional team tasks as needed2.
