HR Recruiter

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Provo, Utah. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process to identify, attract, and secure top talent for various corporate positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and interviewing, as well as proficiency in applicant tracking systems. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. u2022 Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience for corporate roles. u2022 Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability for open positions. u2022 Utilize applicant tracking systems to track and manage candidate data efficiently. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies. u2022 Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels. u2022 Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the hiring process. u2022 Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to relevant stakeholders. u2022 Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting. u2022 Proven ability to source and attract candidates using various methods. u2022 Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess qualifications effectively. u2022 Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows. u2022 Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members. u2022 Strong organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
