Pest Controller

Job Description: SUMMARYGlobal Management Services, a company within the BSNC family is currently seeking a qualified Pest Controller for Grounds Maintenance Contract at Denver Federal Center.Hourly rate of pay: $27.54, plus Health & Welfare.Applicants will be contacted via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position, and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job.- Inspect turf, trees, ornamental shrubs and premises for signs of pests or infestation- Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests- Limited use of baits and set traps to remove or kill pests- Apply pesticides around buildings, in turf areas, native grass areas , right of ways, various trees, and ornamental shrubs- Design and carry out contract pest management plan- Create barriers to prevent pests from entering a building- Record keeping, entry of records to be entered in to NEMMSQUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
