Responsibilities/Expectations: + Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks supporting critical infrastructure such as pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities + Champions the integration of advanced technologies including automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage to enhance system performance and reduce operational costs + Implements robust safety measures such as arc flash mitigation and fault detection systems to protect personnel and ensure infrastructure reliability + Provides technical expertise in power distribution, electrical schematics, and system layouts for both new construction and upgrades to existing facilities + Manages complex engineering projects from concept to completion ensuring alignment with business goals timelines and budget constraints + Ensures compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and regulatory standards across electrical systems and project execution + Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions that meet internal and external customer needs + Mentors and supports the development of junior engineers fostering technical growth knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous improvement + Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Electrical Engineer Sr: + Required: Bacheloru2019s Degree in Electrical Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited college or university in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and eight (8) years engineering experience in natural gas, data centers or related industry + Preferred: Masteru2019s degree in electrical engineering Job Requirements: + Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills + Proficiency in power system design, analysis, and simulation (e.g., ETAP, MATLAB, PSCAD, Simulink or similar tools) + Knowledge of high-voltage equipment, transformers, generators, and switchgear + Understanding of grid integration and renewable energy systems + Experience in managing procurement processes for electrical equipment and materials, with established industry contacts for sourcing reliable vendors and suppliers + Preferred: Experience in overseeing the commissioning, testing, and startup of electrical equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with design specifications About Tulsa: Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S. Tulsa is known as the Mother of
