Associate Attorney Responsibilities: + Represent clients in all phases of family law litigation, including hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations. + Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with precision and attention to detail. + Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on divorce, custody, and support matters. + Manage client communications and maintain case progress from intake through resolution. Hours: Approximately 130 billable hours per monthu2014significantly below Big Law expectations.
