This position mayrequire some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designatedcampus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at anoffsite, non-campus work location. The work schedule is flexible andwill be determined at the time of hire. Candidates who demonstrate thefollowing knowledge, skills, and abilities will be given firstconsideration. Excellent organizational and time-management skills witha keen attention to detail. Ability to plan and carry out work withoutdirect supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills,capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of theorganization. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, andadapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key JobResponsibilities: Serves as the primary contact and subject matterexpert for specified program policies and procedures Performsadministrative tasks including telephone customer service, wordprocessing, transcribing, filing, and calendaring Coordinates withsenior management to define program goals and fiscal objectives Acts asthe primary liaison for providers or programs and refers stakeholders toproviders, agencies, patients, and staff Assists in coordinating thecomplex daily activities of providers or program(s) by enteringinformation into databases, maintaining files and materials, andpreparing reports Identifies opportunities for program improvements andmakes recommendations to the appropriate entities Schedules logisticsand secures or...
