This role isonsite and can be based at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago,IL (near O'Hare). Alternative work locations will not be considered. Inthis role you will serve as a knowledge expert within the InformationTechnology Organization Responsible for the design, implementation andimprovement of the SAP ECC and S4 Hana systems related to EngineeringInterfaces, Engineering Change Management, Variant Configuration (Masterdata), Classification and P2P integration for our global business unitsDevelop strong partnerships with business leadership and functional teamto ensure open communication and alignment on ongoing initiatives andunderstanding of business requirements and impacts Trusted partner ofthe EBPO team to deliver business transformation Project Monarch withSAP S/4 Hana platform for Design to Operation (DTO) as well asinterfaces to Plan to Deliver (P2D). Provide alignment with businessleadership to ensure the transformation project new processes realizebusiness values identified. Discuss and implement process improvementsindividually or with the AMS team that are consistent to businessstrategy, maintain an awareness of functional best practices, andpartner with the user community and business user leadership toappropriately prioritize requests to balance future technology andbusiness needs Evaluate current state applications environment and driveinitiatives to improve and deliver optimized solutions leveraging AMSresources when possible Build and maintain strong working relationshipswith IT peers, AMS, cross-functional team members, internal customers,and external contacts such as suppliers & customers Assign, design,configure, develop and document system change requests per departmentalsystems life cycle and audit guidelines including thorough use of ticketlogging system (e.g., Cherwell, ServiceNow or equivalent) Developdetailed project tasks to support assigned projects, participate/leadconfiguration, testing, deployment, and documentation processes focusingon implementing regional and global strategies for assigned work Key JobResponsibilities Business Process...
