About the roleu00a0u00a0 u00a0 We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreperson to oversee drywall construction projects. The ideal candidate will direct employees, subcontractors, and material suppliers, ensuring that projects are executed according to project documents, on time, and within budget. What your day-to-day will look likeu00a0u00a0 u00a0 u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Workflow Coordination: Establish and prioritize workflow in alignment with the project schedule to meet deadlines. u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Task Management: Assign and oversee tasks for employees, subcontractors, and others to ensure efficient workflow. u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Quality Control: Implement and supervise quality control standards to ensure the highest level of workmanship. u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Safety Management: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations. u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Reporting: Responsible for job reports, safety reports, production reports, timecards, and maintaining other necessary records. u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Training and Instruction: Instruct and train employees and subcontractors in approved construction methods and best practices. u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Standard Operating Procedures: Establish standard operating procedures for various aspects of the project to enhance efficiency and consistency. What weu2019re looking foru00a0u00a0 u00a0 u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Proven experience as a Foreperson (or in a similar leadership role within the construction industry) overseeing drywall projects of $500,000 - $1 million and directing teams of 5 - 10. u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety standards. u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
