By fueling creativity, innovation, and progress within teams, products and services are designed for people to be fearless, to be changemakers.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute paid media strategies that align with brand, product, and event objectivesOwn campaign planning and execution across platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, and X, while identifying other channels to leverageIdentify target audiences based on company objectives and provide recommendations for tailored messagingCollaborate with Creative teams to deliver compelling, high-conversion ad assets (static images, videos, carousels, etc.)Manage media budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient use of spend and achievement of KPIsChannel management & optimizationManage day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns, including testing and performance monitoringReview and approve media plans, channel mix, and campaign optimizations in partnership with the agencyContinuously refine targeting strategist based on past performance, latest trends, and changes to company objectivesIn collaboration with the External Communications Manager, oversee media agency relationshipReporting & insightsTrack and analyze key performance indicators while identifying the appropriate metrics we should be measuring for each campaignProduce quarterly reports to be shared with senior leadershipProvide post-campaign analysis and recommendations for future optimizationAnalyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve resultsIndustry creativityIdentify and test new paid media channels and formats, ensuring IOG stays ahead of its competitors, while also attracting new audiencesExplore opportunities for paid partnerships influencer amplification, and performance-based growth marketing tacticsStay up to date with media trends, tools, and technologies, proactively identifying new opportunities to test and scaleEnsure campaigns are executed flawlessly and are compliant with brand and legal guidelinesSkills & QualificationsStrong experience in campaign design across programmatic media, search, and social mediaExperience managing and collaborating with media agenciesProficiency in interpreting campaign data and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or similar platformsProven track record of driving measurable results (leads, conversions, ROI) through paid media campaignsFamiliarity working in a distributed team experience, while collaborating across verticals to produce exceptional resultsPossess an entrepreneurial attitude and a genuine passion for the Web3 spaceProven experience managing digital advertising campaigns with a strong understanding of performance marketingDeep knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, search engine marketing, programmatic advertising, campaign management dashboards, and DSPsAbility to think both strategically and tacticallyAdaptable and open - unafraid to take on new challengesCuriosity & learning mindsetDrive, self-relianceDelivery focused - turn abstract concepts into measurable resultsPersuasive - skilled in lobbying and driving consensusA team player, skilled in collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goalsPragmatic with a can-do mentality and a growth mindsetWell-organized and effective time manager, methodical in approachEducation & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in digital paid media campaignsExperience of Blockchain/Web3TeamPeople, a division of System One, is an organization dedicated to providing superior customer service.
