Administrative Coordinator

Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our client in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a long-term part time contract position ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Indianau2019s criminal justice system and expertise in behavioral health. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in high-volume settings. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate program activities and ensure adherence to established research protocols, including the collection of survey data. u2022 Build and maintain partnerships with community resources such as treatment providers, housing agencies, and workforce programs to facilitate seamless referral systems. u2022 Develop and manage service plans for clients, track compliance deadlines, and document interactions effectively. u2022 Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including judges, attorneys, clerks, and litigants to support program objectives. u2022 Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats for courtroom interactions, record-keeping, and reporting. u2022 Utilize case tracking software and Microsoft 365 tools to organize and manage program-related documentation. u2022 Prioritize tasks and manage workflows independently in a fast-paced courthouse environment. u2022 Supervise team members and contribute to the design and implementation of state-level programming. u2022 Collaborate with professionals at the intersection of behavioral health and the justice system to address client needs. Requirements u2022 Demonstrated knowledge of Indianau2019s criminal justice system, including courtroom procedures and diversion programs. u2022 Proven experience in research protocols and survey data collection. u2022 Prior experience or knowledge in Behavior Health is an added bonus u2022 Strong skills in referral coordination and partnership building with community service providers. u2022 Familiarity with client-centered case management practices, including service planning and compliance tracking. u2022 Excellent relationship-building abilities with stakeholders in the justice system. u2022 Proficiency in case tracking software and Microsoft 365 applications. u2022 Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments. u2022 Supervisory experience and expertise in creating state-level programming.
