JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Senior Tax Manager is responsible forproviding tax and consulting services to business clients with passthrough entities and to their business owners. Job Duties: Performs taxplanning, preparation and research for pass through entities (S-corps,LLCs, Partnerships) and the business owners' individual returns, whichmay include estates, trusts and charitable entities Manages clientengagements, supervises and reviews work of team staff members, workclosely with clients as well as internal managers and partnersContributes to client satisfaction by providing timely services and workproduct Demonstrates an understanding of tax concepts and activelypursuing increased tax knowledge through client assignments and currenttax developments Tax Compliance Ensures clients comply with allapplicable authorities, while at the same time minimizing their tax andreporting burdens, and self and client service teams comply with allFirm policies, standards, and the BDO Tax Quality Manual (
