Job Responsibilities Social Media Design and Content (60%) Create professional, branded graphics for social media platforms. Incorporate content, messaging, and direction provided by leadership into visually compelling posts. Ensure all communications meet branding guidelines and assist in the development of standard partnership requirements Hubspot Website Management (40%) Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the HubSpot website. Create, design, and publish new website pages, ensuring high-quality layout, user experience, and brand alignment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the website or its integrations. Manage and implement updates to ensure optimal site performance and accessibility. Lead the migration strategy to consolidate two existing websites into a single, streamlined HubSpot site. Optimize website content for SEO, including keywords, metadata, alt tags, and overall search performance. Design for User Experience (UX) and Accessibility and implements designs in a user-friendly, intuitive, and accessible to people with disabilities. Qualifications Required Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design for social media (Adobe Creative Suite,Canva, or similar tools). Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CMS: page creation, design, templates, modules, and integrations. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to website management. Experience managing website projects, including site consolidation or migration. Demonstrated ability to implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities. Detail-oriented and self-directed, with strong accountability for deliverables. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with people from a variety of communities, backgrounds, and identities. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting) to measure SEO and site performance. Experience working with cross-functional teams (leadership, communications, marketing). Ability to translate non-technical requests into functional web solutions. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: The hourly range for this position is $15.75 - $40.00. Final offers are dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity within the department.
