JOB REQUIREMENTS: IP Litigation Associate - Milwaukee, Chicago or BostonFoley & Lardner LLP is seeking a junior level associate with 3-4 yearsof IP Litigation experience to join our pre-eminent, national IPLitigation Practice Group in our Milwaukee, Chicago, or Boston office.Qualified candidate must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science and will possess significantexperience through all phases of patent litigation, ideally in mattersinvolving software, medical devices, and/or computer hardware. Excellentacademic credentials, research, writing, and communication skills arerequired. Clerkship experience preferred but not essential. Experiencehandling either PTAB proceedings or trademark, copyright and advertisingcases is a plus. We have a growing, dynamic IP litigation practice inoffices throughout the U.S. Our associates work on interesting cases,take on challenging responsibilities, and are able to grow their careersin a collaborative team environment, working with partners who arecommitted to their success. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic,highly motivated attorney, who is eager to learn and gain valuableexperience while supporting attorneys in several of our offices. To beconsidered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law schooland be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the state inwhich the candidate is admitted to practice. Timely admission to thestate bar coinciding with the office of hire will be a condition ofemployment.
