TheIntellectual Property (Patent) Paralegal will be responsible formanaging client portfolios, including all filings and correspondence forboth US, PCT, and foreign prosecution of assigned clients. This entailscreating, revising, and filing of all prosecution documents in US andPCT applications, corresponding with foreign associates regarding allaspects of foreign prosecution, and timely reporting of officialcorrespondence concerning the same. The position requires excellentattention to detail, strong organizational and prioritization skills,and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The idealcandidate will be highly adaptable, proactive, and have a high level ofanalytical thinking and problem-solving skills. A strong workingknowledge of Microsoft products and comfort level with technology areessential. The ability to work both independently and in a teamenvironment is a must. Strong customer service orientation and oral andwritten communication skills to effectively interact with all tiers ofpersonnel and clients are integral. #LI-Hybrid Responsibilities Supportvarious intellectual property attorneys to provide excellent service toour clients Prepare and file, or instruct, on all aspects of US, PCT,and foreign prosecution Draft formality documents, attend to documentlegalization (where necessary), comply with priority documentrequirements Review and maintain a docket of associated deadlines ofassigned clients Timely report official communications to the client andforeign associates Consistently achieve billable hour expectation set bythe firm (including approved non-billable time) Perform additionalduties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years'experience in international, PCT, and US patent prosecution requiredMust have a high school diploma (or equivalent); college degree and/or aparalegal certificate from a school approved by the ABA is preferred Ifresiding...
