In this role, you will ensure MultiCare patients, families and visitors have the best possible nutritional health care experiences.ResponsibilitiesYou will provide outstanding customer service through answering phone calls, internal communications, and patient meal deliveryYou will assemble, coordinate, and deliver patient mealsYou will assist patients with appropriate meal selections, considering the patient's diet order, food allergies, and food preferencesYou will educate patients on dietary restrictions and refer patients who require additional information to the clinical dietitian for follow-upYou will perform a variety of routine duties and roles ranging from cold food production, cafe service, catering set-up, dishwashing, and cashieringRequirementsHigh school graduate or equivalentCurrent Washington State Food Handlers CardMinimum one (1) year previous relevant experienceOur ValuesAs a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness and Joy.
