Senior Contracts Manager

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Contracts Manager.Position type: Full Time, ContractDuration: 5 months to possible extensionLocation: Everett, WA, 98204As a Senior Contracts Manager , you will: Provides guidance to stakeholders daily for allocated projects. Drafts, generates, negotiates, interprets, and manages complex contract documents for allocated suppliers, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives. Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure allocated contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters, in accordance with company policies, procedures and guidelines. Negotiates allocated supplier contracts with its stakeholders, to achieve business favorable terms. Reviews contractual terms and conditions for their acceptability, as well as assessing the risk and impact. Uses legal resources and other subject matter experts to ensure all levels of risk are recognized and subsequently addressed through development of unique contract terms. Briefs management and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation and contingency plans based on developed recommendations, for allocated contracts. Track and report key functional metrics. Represents the organization on legal issues for allocated contracts.
