Driver/ Warehouse Technician Full Time with Benefits ApplyRefer a FriendBack Job Details Requisition #: 212394 Location: Chandler, AZ 85286 Category: Customer Service Salary: $17.00 - $18.25 per hour Position Details Delivery Technician -Home Healthcare Hiring Immediately Full Time Schedule with Full Benfits Package + The Delivery Technician delivers medical and enteral supplies to our patient's homes to protect the continuity of care for our medically fragile patients. + Weekly schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm MST. Pay and Benfits + The starting pay for our Warehouse team is $19.00 per hour; as well as overtime pay during the on-call period after 40 hours per week, along with a $100 weekly on-call stipend. In addition to compensation, our full-time employees are eligbile to receive the following competitive benefit package including: Health, Dental, Vision, Life and many other options, 401(k) Savings Plan with Employer Match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan Must Have Prior DME Experience Essential Job Functions u2022 Deliver medical equipment and enteral products to our patients in a timely, courteous, and professional manner u2022 Assist with translation for our Spanish speaking families (if Bilingual) u2022 Maintain inventory through monthly counting and ordering procedures; receive, unpack and rotate incoming stock u2022 Check incoming shipments for completeness of all ordered product against shipment packing slips u2022 Communicate with Supply Coordinator with any product/shipment discrepancies/issues u2022 Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner to ensure proper communication to better serve our patients Requirements u2022 High school diploma or GED required u2022 Minimum of 1 year DME delivery driver experience (preferred) u2022 Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel u2022 Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred) u2022 Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English Other Skills/Abilities u2022 Must be able to adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times u2022 Must possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail u2022 Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Physical Requirements u2022 Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 50 pounds u2022 Must be able to lift 50 pounds u2022 Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting u2022 Must be able to sit and climb stairs Environment u2022 Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions u2022 Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids and infectious diseases Other Duties u2022 Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
