Develop your clinical and leadership skills as youhelp individuals recover from drug and alcohol addiction Join our teamof competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinical Supervisor inthe Hope Center program at Behavioral Health Network Your experience,knowledge and great skills will support the Hope Center program with thefollowing: Encouraging independence, competency, decision-making, andempowerment of Hope Center staff and individuals served. Overseeingclinical programming and providing milieu management. Ensuring thecoordination of services for the individuals served. Monitoring thecreation and implementation of treatment plans, progress notes, andgroup notes. Implementing psycho-educational groups & overseeing itsschedule. Providing clinical support & oversight to Counselor-CaseManagers. Facilitating staff and treatment team meetings and schedulingmonthly on-site trainings. Supervising the use of the Carelogicelectronic health record platform. Commitmentto empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration forindividuals served. At least two years of counseling experience insubstance abuse treatment environment (required). At least one year ofclinical supervisory experience (required). Master's Degree in clinicalpsychology, education/counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatricnursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or a closely-relatedfield (required). Licensed or license-eligible for LICSW, LMHC, or LADCI (required). Working knowledge of DPH's Bureau of Substance AddictionServices (BSAS) regulations. Familiarity with Internet, word processingand email systems. Experience working with substance use and dualdiagnoses. Knowledge of Insurance and Utilization reviews.
