Pay: $80,000 - $95,000 per year KeyResponsibilities: Deliver and oversee the delivery of high-quality,person-centered nursing care. Supervise clinical operations and staffassignments to ensure appropriate coverage. Coordinate with physicians,clinicians, and external providers to support patient needs. Identifyand address clinical and ethical challenges with professionalism andcompassion. Participate in staff hiring, training, and development tobuild a strong, skilled team. Maintain accurate documentation and ensuretimely completion of all clinical records. Promote safety, infectioncontrol, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Leadcontinuous quality improvement efforts to optimize patient outcomes andstaff performance. Who You Are: Registered Nurse (RN) with currentMassachusetts license (required). Bachelor's Degree in Nursing(preferred). Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare(required). Experience working with individuals with substance use andco-occurring disorders. Knowledge of quality assurance, CARF, andDPH/BSAS standards. Strong leadership, communication, andcritical-thinking skills. About the Carlson Recovery Center Located inSpringfield, MA, the Carlson Recovery Center provides 24-hour medicallymonitored detoxification and stabilization services for adultsexperiencing substance use challenges. Our interdisciplinary teamcomprising nurses, clinicians, and recovery specialists deliversevidence-based care that promotes physical stabilization, emotionalhealing, and long-term recovery success.
