Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a leading law firm specializing in estate planning and trust administration. In this role, you will work on wealth transfers, tax filings, and entity formation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex estate and gift tax matters and trust administration. Responsibilities: u2022 Assist in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Prepare and file estate and gift tax returns in accordance with legal requirements. u2022 Support trust administration processes, including managing records and communication with trustees. u2022 Conduct legal research and analysis related to estate law and wealth transfer strategies. u2022 Facilitate entity formation by preparing necessary documentation and filings. u2022 Collaborate with attorneys to gather and organize information for client cases. u2022 Maintain meticulous records and ensure deadlines are met for all filings and submissions. u2022 Communicate effectively with clients to gather required information and provide updates on case progress. u2022 Monitor changes in estate laws and regulations to keep the team informed. u2022 Coordinate with financial institutions and other parties involved in estate planning and administration. Requirements u2022 Minimum of five years of experience in estate planning and trust administration. u2022 Strong knowledge of estate law, including estate and gift tax regulations. u2022 Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documentation and filings. u2022 Proficiency in legal research and analysis. u2022 Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members. u2022 Familiarity with entity formation procedures and related documentation. u2022 Ability to adapt to evolving legal requirements and practices.
