Material Review Board Field Technician (Day Shift)

What to Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field MRB (Material Review Board) Technician tosupport Field Return and Remanufacturing operations at Gigafactory New York. In this role, you willserve as the primary point of contact for GFNY MRB activities, ensuring that Vehicle and Energycomponents returning from Service Centers are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment withoperational and quality standards.The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortableoperating ina fast-paced environment. You should be able to identify process gaps, implementimprovements, and escalate issues that require cross-functional alignment or leadership support. Yourefforts will directly contribute to material accuracyand improve feedback loops.Shift: 7am-7pm.
