We employ over 650 energetic and compassionate employees.WHAT WE VALUE:Compassion Diversity Strength-Based-Approach Social-Justice & Our Staff!WHAT WE OFFER:Starting Salary Range:$86,611.20 - $96,345.60Additional Pay/Ability to Earn Additional Pay of:Coverage after hours:$1800.00 per yearPay based on performance:up to $8000.00 per yearLicensure pay: $250.00 per pay period (2 times per month)Bi-lingual fluency skills in Spanish and English, or other languages, as needed:$100 -200 per pay period (2 times per month) for service provision in support the families we serve.
