Director of Construction (Solar / Renewables)

The Construction Director is a key leader responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic growth within utility-scale solar projects. This role focuses on implementing innovative resources and new revenue streams, evaluating and optimizing operational processes, and developing strategies that standardize and enhance all aspects of construction operations.Reporting directly to the Vice President, the Construction Director provides leadership to ensure superior operating performance across the division. This includes overseeing and guiding Project Managers and senior construction staff through effective administrative direction, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with company safety standards and procedural policies. The position plays a critical role in monitoring project execution, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.Location & Travel: This is a remote position, which can be based anywhere in the U.S. This position supports our business across the United States with regular travel to project sites (up to 50%).
