HazTek Safety Management is seeking an HSE Administrative Coordinator to support a large-scale construction project. This role provides administrative, documentation, and reporting support to the on-site HSE team. Safety field experience is not required; however, familiarity with HSE documentation and compliance processes is preferred.Provide administrative and documentation support to the project HSE teamMaintain and update HSE records, policies, procedures, and site documentationEnter, track, and report safety data including project hours, SORs, incidents, and injury ratesSupport compliance recordkeeping, audits, and reporting requirementsCoordinate meetings, trainings, calendars, and site logisticsPrepare reports, presentation materials, and meeting minutesSupport HSE software systems (PIMS, Intelex) and data accuracyBi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.Administrative or project coordination experience in construction or industrial environmentsExperience supporting HSE documentation, programs, or compliance recordkeeping preferredComfortable using technology, databases, and reporting toolsFamiliarity with construction safety standards preferred but not requiredOSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication and time-management skillsProfessional, proactive, and team-oriented approachHazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
