Xtream Arena & GreenState Family Fieldhouse fulfills a longstanding community and economic development void in Coralville and surrounding areas.About Xtream Arena powered by MediacomThe 5,100 fixed seat Xtream Arena (6,600 concert capacity) serves as host home for University of Iowa Volleyball and the Iowa Heartlanders ECHL hockey tenant.About GreenState Family FieldhouseWith direct connectivity to the 30,000 sq. ft 5-court fieldhouse, the facility immediately enables this community to become a signature attractor of both amateur and professional sporting events.Know and understand the operations of the Paciolan ticketing systemFamiliarize yourself with each event (ticket prices, discounts, restrictions, reserved or general admission seating, etc.)Know and understand seating charts and configurations of the Xtream Arena & GSFFHPerform transactions for all events on the ticketing system with efficiency and accuracyCollect proper currency or credit card amount for purchase of ticket(s) as well as give back proper number oftickets and correct changeCommunicate and satisfy patrons with world class customer serviceOperate phone and address call in patrons’ requests for informationReconcile all monies received from ticket salesMaintain confidentialityAdditional duties may be assigned by Box Office Director or Box Office SupervisorAbility to multitask in a fast‐paced environmentFamiliarity with Windows based computersPossess excellent customer service skillsExperience working with the public and cashAbility to work independently and as a productive member of a teamCapable of working a flexible schedule and extended hours, including but not limited to working early mornings,nights, weekends and holidays in addition to traditional business hoursMust be able to work in a loud noise environmentMust be over 18 years or olderStrong verbal communication skills in the English language (Spanish is a plus)Proven ability to work well with all levels of managementStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
