They prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash/credit transactions accuratelyThis role will pay an hourly rate of $10.00-$12.00 and is tip eligibleBenefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingEVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadlineGreet customers promptly and courteouslyTake accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficientlyPrepare, package, and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulationsOperate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct changeMaintain a clean, sanitized, and organized concession stand at all timesRestock products and supplies as needed during and after eventsFollow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures as required by company and health department standardsMonitor inventory levels and report shortages or equipment issues to supervisorsAssist with the setup and teardown of concession stands before and after eventsWork cooperatively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operationsHandle customer questions, concerns, or complaints in a professional and courteous mannerComply with uniform and appearance standardsPrior food service or customer service experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbsMust be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
