Ensuring local station requirements are met and support safety objectives.Support and oversight of agents tasked with the weight and balance planning of each American Eagle branded flight.Who are we looking for?RequirementsMinimum age:18High school diploma, GED, or International equivalentPossess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended driver’s licenseAbility to work a variety of rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days offAbility to actively listen - giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.Ability to use sound business judgment to resolve issues with internal and external customers by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action.Ability to prioritize and execute with a sense of urgency and preciseness.Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etcMust be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English languagePossess the legal right to work in the United StatesPrevious Air Traffic Control experience preferred2+ year's airline operational work experience, Including weight and balance planning preferredExperience applyingmath principles for mathematical calculations preferredKnowledge of company programs including Ascent Aris GM, GETNG, VantagePoint preferredPlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
