This person will perform a variety of functions in a dynamic and exciting environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent communication and computer skills, and a strong orientation to serving our customers.This role is tied to a ~2-year project assignment. Continued employment beyond the project would require relocation to another company site.About the OpportunityA successful administrative assistant candidate should possess the following skills, experience, and responsibilities:Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendarsCoordinating travel arrangements and booking accommodationsPerforming general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxingAssisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentsMaintaining office supplies and inventoryProviding support to other departments and team members as needed.General office assignments including filing,answering phonecalls, ordering office supplies, office maintenance, maintaining organizational charts.Organize company lunches to be brought to the office/SiteMail, Shipping and ReceivingData entry and record-keepingHelping with creating,submitting, and receiving purchase ordersPerforming office safety checkGreeting all customers/guests who visit the officeMaintaining Administrative Binder (includes documenting all new tasks created)Support Project Manager with project Invoicing submissionFiling and organizing documents. Document submission to General contractorCoordinate Employee site accessHigh School DiplomaMust have prior administrative experience at least 2+ years.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and excellent ability to multitask with the ability to prioritize.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office softwareExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsPrior experience in administrative support, preferably in a corporate or office environmentExperience in managing calendars and scheduling appointments.Experience in handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondenceKnowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiersFamiliarity with filing and record-keeping systemsMust be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction.Able to lift parcels up to 50lbs.Competitive Hourly Rate: $23-24hr, depending on experienceFull Benefits Package:Medical, dental, and vision coverageRetirement Ready:401(k) with company matchTime Off:Generous PTO which includes vacation, holidays, andunlimited personal timeGrow With Us:Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development support
