This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of AHMC Anaheim Regional Medical Center (“ARMC”). It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values of ARMC. The employee shall support ARMC’s strategic plan and goals and direction of the performance improvement plan. The employee will also be expected to support all organizational expectations including, but not limited to; Customer Service, Patient’s Rights, Confidentiality of Information, Environment of Care and ARMC initiatives.The RCP II must demonstrate proficiency in the adult general care areas (Med-Surge and Telemetry), critical care areas. The RCP II is responsible for providing safe, high-quality respiratory patient care and teaching to patients and familes. Additional responsibliities include collaboration with the healthcare team, participation in on-going feedback regarding performance improvement, implementation of clinical pathway/plan of care to guide patient care delivery.Current CA RCP LicenseCurrent Healthcare Provider BLSCurrent ACLSCurrent PALS, within 90 days of hireRegistered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred
