Principal Sourcing Manager - Corporate Services

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Sourcing Manager -Services to join our team, reporting to the Director, Indirect Procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of Corporate Services, e.g., Marketing, HR, Professional Services, T&E, Fleet, and SaaS). The candidate will develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.Develop and implement sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goodsPursue opportunities for significant OpEx and CapEx cost reductions and budget savingsNegotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and termsManage supplier relationships to ensure that they meet or exceed performance expectationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectivesManage and report on savings KPIs to ExecutivesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, commodity management, or related fieldExperience in change and continuous process improvementFlexible to manage and support new categoriesStrong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts with suppliersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP AribaWaters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is a global leader in analytical instruments, separations technologies, and software, serving the life, materials, food, and environmental sciences for over 65 years.
